Mrs. Tucker had an apple for each of us inside a paper bag.
We used our sense of touch to figure out what was inside the bag.
There were 4th graders there to help us!
We put our apple on the balance scale and then added linking cubes to the other side until the balance was equal. We then counted the number of linking cubes.
We looked at our apple and colored the colors we saw in our apple.
We took the seeds out and counted how many there were.
We measured the circumference of our apple with a string and then measured that with linking cubes.
