Science Lab - January 31

 Today we took time to discuss the season of WINTER and took a short walk to observe the trees, the ground and the sky on this winter day!

Then the students decorated a tree exactly like the one they observed!

One more season and then we will complete our SEASON WHEEL!

Catholic School's Week - Black Out Day

 Nolan participated in the LIMBO contest for our class!

Brayden participated in the HULA HOOP contest for our class!

The students loved watching all of the participants!

The students all dressed in BLACK today!

Movie Reward

The students earned a movie and popcorn reward for having improvement in their STAR test results!

 We finished working with ramps and cars this week!

We asked the question, "Which goes farther, a light car or a heavy car?"

Thanks to the 4th graders for taping pennies to the cars to make them heavy!

We ended Science lab with a visit with the Bearded Dragon!
