We have a new welcome into our classroom each day!
These shapes are on the wall next to where the students line up every day.
When the bell rings, the students will touch the greeting that they want from me.
If they touch the music notes, we will do a little dance together.
If they touch the heart, they will get a hug.
If they touch the hands, I will give them a high five.
As we become more familiar with this, the student of the week will have a turn to do the greeting with them, too!
