Science lab - Season of Summer

We talked about the season of SUMMER today, and used our sense of sight to observe what a tree looks like in the summer!  We discovered that the crown of the trees are mostly green, the trunks are gray, and the ground around them is green.  We will observe the same trees during the seasons of Fall, Winter and Spring, too!

 

 

We then colored a tree to match what we observed and will add it

 to our SEASON WHEEL after we observe all seasons!
