Science Lab, March 22

 Today, we moved the Science lab to the gym so we could have more room to spread out!

We built a simple structure and used a pendulum type of string with a ball attached to knock down the structure.  The question we asked was " Does a a ball with a longer or shorter string have more force?

We also used a heavier and lighter ball to knock down the same structure. 

The question we asked was "Does a heavier or lighter ball have more force?"

Reading Month ~ Lilo, Stitch & Stanza Day

 Today was Lilo, Stitch & Stanza day!

The students were asked to bring a poem to share with their friends!

Mickey and Owen both brought the poem, "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star".

Felicity and Aubrey both brought "Roses are Red".

Matt brought a poem about a Homework Machine and Abel brought one about a Fat Cat.

 Mrs. Pigott was our guest reader this morning.

She often reads to us in the Art room, but today she read to us as Matt's Mom!

She read "Amelia Bedelia" to us!

 This morning Mr. Glackin came in and read to us!

He read "Happy St. Patrick's Day, Curious George" and "The Berenstein Bears and the Tooth Fairy".

Carey Ann came in and helped us celebrate!

 Today is Addison's 6th Birthday!
