We Are Special!

We decorated a person to look like us and dictated some of our favorite things!

This was also our first cutting activity of the school year!

 

Center room work

 

We went to the Center room with Mrs. Horner's class today!

These students are working with an alphabet fishing puzzle.

They are working on taking turns, too!

These boys are building with lego's.

This student is building with magnet blocks.

These students are working on their fine motor skills by coloring a picture of Pete the Cat, who we read about this morning.  

These students are putting stickers and clouds on the earth after a lesson on God Creates Everything in Religion class!

These students are counting to 100 using a pop it number chart.

These students are looking at a road and building structures using linking cubes with the number on the squares.

7th Grade Buddies

We went to the playscape and played with our 7th grade buddies today!

If your child was in our PreK, we tried to keep the same buddy they had last year, if it was possible.

I didn't get individual pics, I will do that the next time we get together!

 

Science Lab - 8/28/23

 In the Science lab this week, we talked about our 5 senses and used our sense of sight to find different items that Mrs. Tucker described by the size, shape or color.

Stem Lab

 The students enjoyed exploring the different manipulatives in the Stem Lab today!

Brown Bear ~ The animals have escaped!

 We read the story, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you See? and at the end, the animals escaped from the story!  We had to go around the school and find them all!

We couldn't go into the church on our hunt because the rest of the school was at Mass, so we went at the end of our school day!
