This year, Mrs. England gave each teacher a collage picture frame to display outside of our classroom doors!

I filled mine with pictures of my family from the last year!

Good Morning

 Each morning, the students point to the morning greeting they would like from me!

They can get a high five, a hug or we can have a quick 'dance party'!

It's a fun way to start our day!

5 Senses Lesson

We learned about the 5 senses. 

We discussed all of them and gave examples of things we liked and didn't like for each sense. 

The students were each given a sticker to place in the column they wanted to do with their item.

We watched several different videos and read a story about the 5 senses. 

Hard at work!

For most lessons, we start on the carpet with a story, game or song and then move to our desks to complete a worksheet or activity of some sort!

The students learned to read the color word RED today and after learning a song, they worked so hard to color the worksheet very neatly!  So proud of them!

 

Scavenger Hunt

So.... off we went to find the animals!

The red bird was in the office where we met Mrs. Heggie and Mrs. Cinglie.

The blue horse was in the church and the yellow duck was in the art room!

The students loved looking for all of the animals throughout the school!
