Annual St. Pius Jog-a-thon

We enjoyed our annual St. Pius Jog-a-thon!  The students loved running with their friends, doing the chicken dance, and eating an ice cold popsicle when we finished!  Thank you so much to the parents who came to help, and to the PTO for the popsicle and hot dog lunch!

Kindergarten Weekly for Oct. 7th

WE MADE APPLESAUCE!

Last week was APPLE week in Kindergarten!  We did many different fun apple activities, but the most fun was making applesauce!  The students loved turning the handle on the peeler/corer and putting the pieces into the crock pot.  We let it cook for a bit and then we each had a turn to MASH the apples.  At the end of the day, we tried the delicious applesauce!
